I heard of the movie Legion end of last year when I was checking out what movies would be released in 2010. And it caught all of my attention.

It finally opened up on the 22^nd, unfortunately I live in Cyprus and I’m still waiting for it to come, but being a fan of horror, thriller and action plus fantasy it makes it practically the perfect movie.

God is called bob and the angels are hot men that are attacking the earth of exterminate the human race. Now that’s story telling LOL (I’m not a psycho I promise)

Ok the plot is, God has given up faith on human kind and released the angels to destroy us, one of them takes our side and decides to protect a pregnant baby and her unborn child who is the only hope this world has of surviving.

Ok I admit that it has a lot of clichés the world will end, one person decides to stand up against certain death and raise hope, and I’m going to guess will lead the people to victory, but still the complicated twisted plot insures it will be if not great an interesting movie.

It’s directed by Scott Stewart, who did visual effects for movies like ‘Iron man’ and ‘Night at the museum’ and stars Paul Bettany, Tyrese Gibson and Dennis Quaid among others.

On its opening day it fell to the second slot, after Avatar despite the fact that the movie was on its sixth week at the box office (hands down to Avatar it’s amazing) but I am really looking forward to watching Legion, it looks like it will be a quiet unique movie.
