1. What’s your company all about? What do you specialize in?

AccessorEZ is a specialty retailers that offers “Everythng for your
phone!” We offer all types of phone accessories, ranging from cases
and chargers to bluetooth headsets and batteries. Our store is also a
full service repair center for small electronics with a focus on
mobile phones. We also have an website where you customers can have
items shipped directly to their house for free.

2.What’s makes your company different then other companies?

Accessories is a pretty competitive industry so we try to diffrentiate
ourselves from other companies by offering a better customer
experience to people that visit our store. We are an industry leader
by offerings a VIP customer loyalty program, guarantees on all of our
products, and exceptional customer service!

3.I recently bought a phone case from you and you said that your company can
customize a phone case for me if I’d like. Can you elborate on that more?

We don’t do full customization on cases, but we do offer a special
order option for items we don’t carry in store or that happn to be out
of stock.

4.Is Lincolnwood town center the only store you are located at?

Lincolnwood is currently the only location we operate out of, but we
are looking forward to expanding in the Chicagoland area.

5.Do you carry batteries,chargers,memory, headsets,etc..for any type of
phone?

Our motto is “Everything for your phone!” so we have cases, home
chargers, car chargers, data cables, memory cards, bluetooth headsets,
faceplates, and unlocked phones. We carry over 3,000 facelates in our
location alone!

6.Do you sell any phones?

We sell new, used, and refurbished phones. Our focus is on GSM phones.

7.What’s a screenguard? How does it help?

A screen guard is a plastic film that protects your phones screen from
scratches. There are several types of screens guards available. We
only order ones made of PET which is made of a higher grade plastic
and is scratch and dent resistant. AccessorEZ offers screens guards
in CLEAR, MIRROR, and PRIVACY finish. A clear screen is nearly
invisible, a mirror screen will turn your phone into a mirror when it
is off or in standby, and a privacy screen will keep people from
viewing whats on your screen.

8.What do you mean by unlocking and phone repair?

Most phones are locked to only work on the network of the company that
sold it to you. We provide a service that removes any restrictions
from the phone that limits the company you can use it with. For
example, if you have an AT&T phone and would like to use it on
T-Mobile, you would utilize our service to allow it to work on either
network.

As for phone repair, we believe we can fix any phone that is not
working properly. This can be a result of physical damage, like
breaking your LCD (screen) to water damage from dropping your phone in
liquid.

9. Is a faceplate the same as a screenguard or a case? If not, explain the difference.

A faceplate is what people refer to as any cover that goes over your
phone. This can be a simple clear plastic shell to protect your
phone, a colored one to change the look of your phone, a design one
with a cool image on it, or a diamond studded case to bling out your
phone. A regular case is a phone pouch that is used to keep your
phone on your belt or purse.

10. On a scale from 1-20 how would you rate your company?

7,345,488 on a scale of 1-20!!!! We are the best option in Chicago
for phone accessories and repair. We stand behind our products, treat
our customers well, and have the best selection in town!
