My name is Maurice and I’m a new member of the Whatever Team! I’m so excited about being part of this site! I’ll be writing reviews on novels and films! My favorite genre is Horror so expect a lot of creepy reviews >=)

So, I’ll just tell you a little bit about myself. I grew up in Southern California and went to school in El Monte. At the same time, I lived in Ontario which is a little over 25 miles from El Monte. (I know, it’s a long story.) Anyway, I graduated from SEMHS and I’m currently enrolled in a Cal State! I’m aiming to be a horror writer some day. I working on a story right now. It’s about zombies, vampires, werewolves, you name it! I knew I wanted to be a horror writer ever since I read 30 Days of Night: Rumors of the Undead by Steve Niles. If you’re a vampire movie fan, you probably saw the film adaptation 30 Days of Night. If you haven’t even heard of it, you need to lay off the Twilight. It’s not good for you.

Music-wise, my favorite band is My Chemical Romance and 30 Seconds To Mars. They are both huge influences on my writing. I don’t know where I would be without their music. I do enjoy other types of music like rap and SOME hip hop, but that’s about it.

So, yeah, that’s me in kind of a nut shell. Hope to write my frist review soon!
